Bad day
okay so now that i've posted my first blog and got myself established i can actually use this thing....
today has started out terrible! number one it started yesterday. i had received a message on my phone to call some lady at an 800 number so i do... and when i get the answering service i find out it's for some collections agency! not only that but i find out the office opens at noon! so i call at noon to find out that they are in a meeting. so i leave a message. i say to call me before 2! no call. i go to work and then come home, no message. i call back, the answering service says they are in a meeting! still, again, i'm not sure. it's 7 at nite people!!!! i leave another message.
they call me at 9 this morn and wake my butt outta bed. i'm so ticked off. plus i can not figure out what i could possibly have a collections agency calling me for. so this woman gets ever so hateful with me and tells me it's the first time she could get through to me and she has other people to work with. which is not the issue but she basically calls me a liar when i say i could get thru to no one! then she goes on and on about how legal action is being called on me. i say i've paid the credit company and regularly and that i'm not even over my limit. and the company is still sending me bills regularly! she says the amount is not cutting it.
so then finally after she has harrassed me for like 10 mins or so she says "is this ________________?" i say "yes." "is your social ___________________?" i say "no." "is your address _____________________?" i say "no."
i say "my name is _____________, my social is _____________________, my address is ______________________, my phone number is _____________________. do you even have the right account number? "
so she says "well obviously ma'am if the other info is wrong then the account number is also incorrect. I will mark your number off as a wrong number, okay?"
Stupid woman! shouldn't they ask all your info first before getting someone all up in arms? i mean for godsake! she just started in right away about how i was gonna go to court!!!! damnit!
well hopefully from now on my day will go better. I called Bear (my husband) but he's not called back but then he's at work so.... hopefully he'll not be too worried... i hope the kids are good today... they've been good the past 2 days but i think that's partially in anticipation of santa claus! they are, after all, k and 1 grades.
