I've come to a decision!

After talking to my mother-in-law and my own mommy i have come to a decision. i'm going to call that 800# and ask to speak to the head honcho! that's right i'm gonna get on my high horse (lowly though it be) and demand to speak to the person in charge. then after i get them i'm going to demand a formal written apology from that bitch i spoke to yesterday. that or i want her to have NO job! as my mommy said i'm getting feisty in my old age heheh... yeah well i'm just tired of being nice and taking everybody else's shit! they need to get some decent office/work decorum... etiquette was created for a reason... so you didn't go around beating each other in the head with clubs i imagine...i could be wrong of course.... after i get my way on this i may of course go back to being nice and maybe sweet but not too much so!
